Hair Growth Tips

I was blow drying my hair when I noticed it was gone.  ” Where is it? Where did it go?” I shouted.

“Tim, what happened to my bald spot and why is my hair suddenly thicker? What’s up with my nails – they don’t break anymore?” I exclaimed.

You see, Tim, my husband, is the expert when it comes to knowing what makes hair grow, nails strong, cholesterol low, and  heart strong. You name it, and he knows the cure. He has been studying this stuff for over 40 years.

“Well, what have you been eating lately and what supplements are you taking?” He asked.

“Well,  for the last three months my breakfast has consisted of gluten free pancakes combined with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and ginger.” I explained.

I continued. “My daily supplement routine consists of  Vitamin B12,    Omega-3, Multi-Vitamins, L-tyrosine, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Beta Carotene, Calcium, Magnesium, and Choline & Inositol.  When I’m feeling anxious, I take Gabatrol or ZenX.”

Without hesitating he explained, “That’s easy, it’s from the natural supplements choline & inositol, omega-3, and the B vitamins you’re taking.  The natural supplements combined with the sunflower, chia and flax seeds  result in hair growth.”

He continued. “Choline speeds up hair growth. The sunflower seeds contain B vitamins, zinc, vitamin E and are rich in biotin.”

“The B Vitamins are specific for hair thickness and growth. Biotin strengthens hair and nails.  In addition, they assist in reversing hair loss.” He added.

“You know,” he clarified, “the B vitamins, biotin, zinc and vitamin E in the sunflower seeds combined with the omega-3 in the flax seeds and chia seeds, make a great combination for hair thickness and growth!”

“Oh yea!” He said with a sheepish grin. “Did I mention it’s good for your skin too? I thought you were looking a lot younger lately!”

With a giddy smile I remarked, “Oh, you smooth talker.”

It’s true my hair is thicker and my bald spot is gone. My nails are growing like crazy and they don’t split or break anymore.

I have been taking my supplements consistently and eating very natural food now for about six months. I am just trying to be healthier and trying to control my anxiety. I wasn’t expecting all of these other benefits.
